Brent Tom is a User Experience Researcher with a robust background in UX research and design, currently employed at SEPHORA since May 2020. Previous experience includes roles at Macy's, where Brent led research projects focused on product display pages and navigation, and at True&Co, where a company rebrand for digital platforms was executed. Brent has also contributed to the County of San Mateo by redesigning intranet information architecture, and conducted user research at Petite Ave, addressing online shopping experiences. Additional experience includes positions at Rocket Communications, Inc. as a UX/UI Consultant, and as a UX/UI Fellow at Onfielder, complemented by foundational training in User Experience Design from General Assembly. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
