Carye Campbell

Carye Campbell has over 30 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising and management. Carye began their career as an Assistant Buyer at Bullock's before moving on to roles as a Buyer at Rich's Department Stores and I. Magnin. In 1995, they became a Buyer at Macy's West, specializing in Home Textiles. Carye then joined Macy's as a Divisional Merchandise Manager for Fragrances, where they led a $330M business and managed a team of 26 individuals. Carye was also the Vice President and Store Manager of a $45.0M store, where they oversaw sales, service, and merchandise presentation. At Macy's, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Regional Planning Manager and Senior Director of Merchandising for Fragrance. Their most recent position was as Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager for Fragrance at SEPHORA. Throughout their career, Carye has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales, develop business strategies, and lead high-performing teams.
