Grace C. is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in brand management and digital commerce across leading companies in the beauty and retail sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Commerce for APAC at SEPHORA since June 2025, Grace previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Lazada, leading brand management and growth across multiple APAC markets from October 2022 to May 2025. Prior to this, Grace dedicated over a decade at Procter & Gamble, culminating in significant roles such as Brand Director for SK-II Global Brand Management and SK-II's Chinese Business, where transformative growth and strategic marketing initiatives were achieved. Grace's career began at L'Oréal and included a foundational role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Toronto.
