Jaclyn McCarthy

Jaclyn McCarthy has extensive experience in the beauty and wellness industry, holding various positions at SEPHORA from November 2013 to March 2016, including Skincare & Color Consultant, Senior Artist, Operations Manager, Education Lead, Stage Experience & Services Manager, and Interim Store Director. Responsibilities included training and managing teams, driving loyalty objectives, analyzing data for performance improvements, and providing exceptional client service. Following SEPHORA, Jaclyn worked as an Office Manager at One Medical from September 2021 to March 2022. Jaclyn holds a 600 Hour Esthetics License from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and is currently pursuing a degree in Health and Wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
