Justyn Bellsey

Justyn Bellsey has extensive experience in marketing operations and program management, notably serving as Senior Director of Marketing Operations Transformation at SEPHORA from October 2018 to October 2022, where management of a 17-person team focused on strategic prioritization and technology enhancement for marketing processes was key. Prior positions at SEPHORA included Director and Associate Director of Program Management, overseeing omnichannel marketing campaigns and optimizing campaign processes. Earlier experience at Lacoste involved managing e-commerce operations and launching a mobile commerce program, while roles at Next Jump, Inc. and The Buckley School provided foundational skills in marketing and classroom management.
