Kelly Ardila

Kelly Ardila is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment across various industries, including retail, consumer goods, and cannabis. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at SEPHORA since July 2022, Kelly leads the recruitment process for corporate positions and is responsible for the ASPIRE Co-op Program.
