Lydia Dorman SHRM-SCP is an experienced global HR leader currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Distribution Centers at SEPHORA. Lydia previously held senior HR roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Senior Vice President for Japan and HR Consultant for the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Director of Organization and People Development for the Nordics and Baltics. Lydia has also worked as a consultant with The Dorman Group and led HR practices across Canada. Lydia holds a Master of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Western Kentucky University and a BA in Telecommunications and Business Management, graduating magna cum laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
