Marla Kossup

Marla Kossup has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Employee Relations at SEPHORA since 2020. Prior to this role, Marla spent 16 years at H&M, holding various positions including Employee Relations, US Internship Specialist, Regional HR Manager, and District Recruiter. Marla began their career at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Store Manager from 1999 to 2004. Marla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Montclair State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
