Mary Herald

Mary Herald is currently the EVP of Human Resources and Education at Sephora. Prior to their current role, they served as the VP of Stores at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from January 1998 to December 2000. Before their time at Williams-Sonoma, they were with Coach from January 1987 to December 1998 where they started as a Store Manager and progressed to Divisional VP of Factory Retail.

Mary Herald completed their undergraduate degree at William & Mary, where they studied philosophy. Mary then went on to participate in an executive education program at the University of Michigan in 1996.
