Mili Dutt Reddy is the Vice President of Brand Marketing at Sephora. Mili has over fifteen years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in the business.

Reddy started their career at Gap Inc, where they worked in Planning & Distribution for GapKids. Mili then moved to Louis Vuitton, where they were Manager of Leathergoods. In 2010, they joined L'Oréal as Marketing Director for Redken. Reddy spent four years at L'Oréal before joining Stella & Dot as Senior Director of Marketing & Merchandising in 2014. At Stella & Dot, they were responsible for launching EVER Skincare, a luxury DTC skincare brand. Mili oversaw all aspects of the brand's marketing and merchandising, including the development of consumer and consultant facing marketing materials, the consumer & consultant commerce sites, and the consultant printed materials. Reddy also managed the brand's go-to-market plan and cross-functional team collaboration.

In their current role as VP of Brand Marketing at Sephora, Reddy is responsible for leading Sephora's marketing initiatives and strategies in North America.

Mili Dutt Reddy graduated from Stanford University with a BA in International Relations. Mili then went on to earn their MBA from Columbia Business School.
