Payton Hamilton is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in personalization and testing within the beauty and fashion industries. As a Senior Manager of Marketing Personalization & Testing at SEPHORA since May 2022, Payton oversees testing for various Paid Media programs and owned channels while developing media personalization strategies to enhance customer lifetime value. Prior to this role, Payton contributed to SEPHORA as a Manager of Media Personalization & Testing, focusing on similar objectives.
