Rauvan Dulay is the VP, Merchandising Business Development & Strategy at Sephora. Prior to joining Sephora, Dulay spent four years as the Senior Sales Manager at Bare Escentuals. Dulay has over a decade of experience in the cosmetics industry, and has been instrumental in driving sales and growth at both Sephora and Bare Escentuals.
