Mitch Rencher

Mitch Rencher has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and legal sectors. Mitch currently serves as the Managing Director at Sepio Capital, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of VC/PE at Sepio Capital from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Sepio Capital, Rencher worked as an Investor at Mercato Partners from 2017 to 2021. Mitch also served as the General Counsel and Head of Consulting at Scalar Analytics from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Duff & Phelps from 2012 to 2015.

Rencher's earlier work experience includes roles such as Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Leucadia National Corporation in 2011, Data Integrity Manager / Corporate Development and Legal Intern at Omniture from 2009 to 2010, and Litigation and Compliance Specialist at Select Portfolio Servicing from 2007 to 2008.

Mitch Rencher earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Brigham Young University in 2007. Mitch then went on to attend BYU Law School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Business Law. Concurrently, Mitch also pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, specializing in Finance, from 2010 to 2012.
