Richard Dobbins

Richard Dobbins, P.E. has extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on PV & BESS designs. Their work includes consulting and review services for clients in California. With a background in both electrical and mechanical engineering, Richard has designed solar installations ranging from residential to commercial scale. Richard has also led a team in constructing a fully-functional solar home and worked as a designer for a university yearbook. Additionally, Richard has experience as a summer camp counselor and engineering intern. Richard continues their education in solar PV design and installation through professional continuing education.
