Florence Nwabueze

Florence Nwabueze is currently serving as the Senior Compliance Counsel/CCO and DPO at Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc. Prior to this role, Florence held the position of Manager Regulatory & Governance Compliance at Dangote Cement Plc. With a background in law and compliance, Florence has also worked as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at First World Communities Limited and as a Legal officer/HD Compliance at International Energy Insurance Plc. Florence holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Benue State University, an LL.M in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, and an advanced professional diploma in HRM from the University of Lagos.
