Maxwell Ugbogu

Maxwell Ugbogu has a strong background in finance and accounting. Maxwell started their career as a Financial Advisory Services professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited in 2012 and worked there until 2013. Maxwell then joined Nigerian Liquidified Natural Gas (NLNG) in 2014 and worked as a Finance professional until 2016. In 2017, Ugbogu became a Finance Consultant at Lafarge Africa Plc and stayed there until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as an Accountant at Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc.

Maxwell Ugbogu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University from 2001 to 2006. Maxwell also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from Zaria, Kaduna State.

In terms of additional certifications, Maxwell obtained the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in January 2015. Maxwell became an associate member of the CILRM (Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management) in August 2008. Maxwell also obtained the GNIM (Graduate of Nigerian Institute of Management) certification from the Nigerian Institute of Management in January 2008. Furthermore, they obtained the CNA (Certified National Accountant) certification from the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria in November 2007.
