Georges da Costa

Georges Da Costa has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, particularly in industrial production and research roles. Since September 2001, Georges has worked at SEPPIC as an Ingénieur Production, focusing on the industrialization of new products, process reliability, and production improvement. Additionally, Georges has held the position of Ingénieur recherche, initially leading a laboratory specializing in alcoxylation from 2001 to 2012 and currently overseeing work on sugar and protein-based surfactants and active ingredients for the cosmetic industry. Prior experience includes a role in Technical R&D at ARCO Chemical & Bayer Polyurethane, where formulation development for polyurethane foams was conducted, and a mission at Novance, which involved continuous biodiesel production and glycerin valorization. Academic credentials include a Master II degree from Université de Rennes I and a Master degree from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
