Susan Botha is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business development and metallurgy. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Australia and Asia at Sepro Systems since October 2021, Susan has a strong background in process engineering and project management. Prior roles include Process Engineering Manager at Elastomers Australia and Process Metallurgist at Mineral Technologies. Longstanding expertise as a Senior Metallurgist at SGS involved overseeing mineral processing testwork and project management, alongside earlier contributions at B&B Chrome. Academic qualifications comprise a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering and Mineral Processing from North-West University, a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from Damelin, and additional training in strategic selling and frontline management.

Sepro Mineral Processing International began in 1987 by a group of ex-GE employees in England. Little did they know, across the pond in Abbotsford Canada, Steve McAlister was building the first Falcon Concentrators out of his garage. It would be another two decades before these two companies merged, and when they did, Sepro Mineral Systems Corp. was born. Sepro is now the largest Canadian supplier of mineral processing and aggregate solutions, with offices and operations worldwide. Our family of companies has also grown to include Canamix, Met-Solve Labs and Carminex Systems. These original businesses also sparked the development of Sepro Urban Mining, a new entity created through a combination of expertise and insights from the legacy companies.
