Richard Seger

Richard Seger has a vast experience in Human Resources, having held positions such as Human Resources Manager, Director, and Senior HR Generalist in various companies. Currently, Richard serves as the Human Resources Manager, North America at Sepro Group, where Richard focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee benefits and compensation in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Human Resources from Park University.
