Jon Glaudemans is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HemoCept Inc., a start-up focused on non-invasive cardiac activity measurements, while also acting as Executive Director of the National Sepsis Data Trust Initiative since 2015. Glaudemans leads efforts to create a National Sepsis Data Trust aimed at improving diagnosis, outcomes, and equity in sepsis care, and previously managed the Sepsis Innovation Collaborative. Additional roles include Senior Fellow at NORC at the University of Chicago, Senior Adviser at ATI Advisory, and CEO of United Rheumatology, where Glaudemans was instrumental in advancing care standards for independent rheumatologists. Glaudemans' past experiences also include managing director at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Senior Vice President at Ascension Health, and a board member at eviCore healthcare. Glaudemans holds a B.S. in Political Science and Poetry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MPA in Economics from Princeton University.
