Bill Leonard

They are an attorney and partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, a role they have held since 1992. They are a trial and appellate counsel with broad experience handling commercial disputes in federal and state courts. They are a member of the board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). They earned a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law. They previously served as Vice Chairperson of the Board of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (1998–2011), sat on the Montgomery County Development Corporation Board (2000–2015), and were an Associate at Dilworth Paxson LLP (1984–1991).
