Dave Rice has over 40 years of experience in sales and technical instruction in the automation industry. Currently serving as an E&E Technician at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since December 2013, Rice previously held multiple positions at Rockwell Automation, including Senior Inside Sales Technical Representative, MCC Specialist, and Senior Field Technical Instructor. Rice's expertise includes teaching advanced courses on Rockwell-Automation/Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers and providing support and training for both customers and distributors. Prior to these roles, Rice was a Senior Field Technical Instructor at GP Strategies and RWD, where responsibilities included curriculum development and training task analysis. Rice holds a degree in Digital Industrial/Micro-processor Technology from Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute.
