Katie Center Brooks

Katie Center Brooks has a wealth of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, and executive assistant roles. Katie began their career in 2006 as an Executive Assistant at SEPHORA, where they supported the Corporate Growth & Development SVP with calendar management, expenses, travel, and special events. In 2008, they moved to POPSUGAR as an Executive Assistant and then to Tria Beauty, where they served as Executive Assistant/Marketing Manager (Junior). In 2010, Katie joined LeapFrog as a Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiting Operations Specialist, where they developed a toolkit for managers outlining the recruiting process. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Quid, creating a talent wiki, company page on Stack Overflow, and career page on LinkedIn. Katie then moved to Instacart as Recruiting Coordinator and Programs Lead, and in 2015 they joined Cisco Meraki as a Recruiting Specialist. In 2017, they began working at Mapbox as Recruiting Operations, and in 2022 they joined Septerna as Recruiting Coordinator and Operations, managing the interview process for all onsite interviews.
