Aïcha Goudiaby

Aïcha is Septodont’s Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer. She joined the company in 2016 with the mandate to tell the Septodont story in new and compelling ways. She leads the team responsible for employee communications and media relations. Over the years, she increased her scope of responsibility and started to work closely with the group’s human resources teams in all areas of HR. Most recently, she served as Director of HR Development and Corporate Communications.

Aïcha started her career at GE Healthcare where she held internal communications and public relations leadership roles. She then joined Philips Lighting where she helped drive the merger communication strategy and post-merger integration process of the Automotive and LED businesses, based out of California.

Aïcha is a graduate of CELSA – “Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication”. She also holds an Executive Master in Marketing & Communications from ESCP Europe and an Executive Master in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School.
