Jayaprabu Jayapal

Jayaprabu Jayapal has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Jayaprabu began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Aircel in 1998 and then moved on to work as a Senior Software Engineer at Aricent from 2001 to 2004. Jayaprabu joined Fujitsu Telecommunications in 2004 as a Software Consultant and stayed there until 2010. After that, they worked at Aricent Group as a Senior Technical Lead from 2007 to 2011, and later as a Principal Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2012. Jayaprabu then worked as a Director at Pebble Brook Technologies from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are working as a Software Lead at Sepura since 2014, where they are responsible for team leadership, line management, performance appraisals, recruitment, and team building. Jayaprabu has successfully delivered various projects, including enabling Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features on the Generation 3 Radio platform and obtaining Bluetooth SIG qualification.

Jayaprabu Jayapal holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering, which they earned from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in the year 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering at Bharathiar University from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Jayaprabu obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2016.
