Paul Roughley

Paul Roughley has a strong background in quality and manufacturing engineering. Paul started their career at Plaxton Limited as a Production Manager for two years before transitioning to a Manufacturing Engineer role. Paul then worked at TRANSBUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as a Quality Engineer for three years. Following that, they joined Flexible Lamps Ltd as a Production Engineer for two years. Paul then joined Bosch Lawn & Garden Ltd, where they held various quality engineering roles, including Senior Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer for Buy out Projects, and Quality Engineer. Paul worked at Bosch Lawn & Garden Ltd for a total of 14 years. Currently, Paul is working at Sepura as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, a position they have held since November 2019.
