Dounial Souali

Dounial Souali is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the real estate and rehabilitation sectors. Currently serving as the Directeur Maîtrise d'Ouvrage Réhabilitation at Seqens since September 2022, Dounial manages a team of 30 across four program directions, oversees rehabilitation activities aligned with group strategy, and leads a substantial rehabilitation plan valued at approximately €1 billion over five years. Prior to this role, Dounial worked at Covivio as Directeur Projets valorisation / Acquisition from January 2011 to August 2022, focusing on project valuation and acquisition for various property types in France. Dounial's earlier experience includes roles as Responsable de Projets at ROM and as an Ingénieur d'affaires at VINCI Energies.
