Christine Bénard

Christine Bénard is an independent director at Sequana SA. Christine has previously worked as a CEO, VP, and director at various companies including PROCADRES INTERNATIONAL Management de transition, Sociabble, Manageris, G-G+, and MECAPLAST. During their time at MECAPLAST, they were responsible for defining the Strategic Plan, the 3Y Medium Term Plan, and the Operational Plan which led to an 8 pt margin improvement in 2 years. Christine also opened new factories in Serbia and China during their time there. Prior to working at MECAPLAST, they were a VP, Strategy, Purchasing and Innovation at Alstom where they reported directly to the chairman and CEO. Christine was also in charge of preparing recommandations on several potential M&A decisions and the Strategic Plan for Board validation. At Valeo Thermique Habitacle, they were the CEO and was responsible for the group purchasing VP at Valeo.
