Courtland Clavette has a diverse work experience in various industries. Courtland started their career at Eaton as a QA intern, where they gained knowledge and experience in an industrial environment. Courtland then joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a professional athlete for a short period. After that, Courtland Clavette worked at Meritor, first as a Co-Op engineer, then as a designer, design engineer, and finally as a senior design engineer. During their tenure at Meritor, they were part of the North American Drive Axle New Product team and received the Meritor Silver Engineering Award twice. Currently, Courtland Clavette is working at Sequence Inc. as a project lead, where they have held various roles such as project engineer II and verification engineer, responsible for managing and developing strategies for verification activities, risk assessments, and detailed design specifications.
Courtland Clavette attended Brown University School of Engineering from 2011 to 2015, earning a degree in Engineering with a focus on Bio-mechanical studies.
