Alen Mujezinovic

Alen Mujezinovic has a wealth of experience in software and systems development. Alen began their career in 2008 as a Software Developer for Caffeinehit Ltd. Alen continued to work as a Freelance Developer until 2017, when they became a Technical Lead and Software Developer for HM Revenue & Customs. That same year, they also became a Founder at Effective Labs, focusing on Scala, Kotlin, Python and Kubernetes. In 2018, Alen moved to ITV as a Software Engineer, and in 2019 they joined 66°North as a Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, Alen began working as a Staff Engineer for Sequence.

Alen Mujezinovic attended Kantonschule Wohlen from 2002 to 2006. Alen also holds three certificates from Coursera: Machine Learning (obtained in November 2016), Principles of Reactive Programming (obtained in May 2015), and Functional Programming Principles in Scala (obtained in May 2013).
