Margarida Ochoa

Margarida Ochoa is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager Iberia at Sequentia Biotech since September 2024, Margarida previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Accelerate Diagnostics from January 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included strategic planning and market introduction of innovative microbiology solutions in Spain and Portugal. Prior roles include Business Manager for Portugal & Galicia at Accelerate Diagnostics, Area Sales Manager for Portugal and Galicia at Beckman Coulter, and various marketing management positions at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. Margarida holds an Engineer's degree in Biotechnology from Universidade do Minho and a Graduate degree in Marketing Management from EGP University of Porto Business School.
