Alex Yatrousis

Alex Yatrousis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

In 1998, Alex began their career in the US Marine Corps as a Communications Security Technician, where they performed testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies and provided helpdesk support for computer systems.

From 2005 to 2009, Alex served as a Special Operations Communication Technician in the US Army, responsible for maintaining secure voice and data services for deployed special operations forces. They installed and operated network systems and incorporated encrypted satellite communication systems.

In 2012, Alex joined Support.com as a Helpdesk Analyst, providing technical support to residential internet customers. They eventually became a Contact Center Supervisor, leading a team of Remote Support Technicians. They implemented process improvements and achieved top call metric ratings for the team.

From 2014 to 2019, Alex worked at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. In their role as a Business Systems Analyst, they processed data, resolved participant issues, and created processing guides. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, they led new client implementations, managed imports and exports, and contributed to process improvement and automation.

From 2019 to 2021, Alex worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Business Analyst 2. They acted as a link between consultants, clients, and developers, translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps. They also provided technical support and training to client teams.

Currently, Alex is a Data Operations Analyst at Sequoia Consulting Group, a tech-enabled consulting company. They help companies navigate complex workforce issues through the Sequoia People Platform and maximize their investment in people.
