Dan Colarchik

Dan Colarchik is a seasoned business consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group since June 2022, specializing in modernizing compensation and benefits to enhance company talent retention and attraction. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles at ADP from July 2008 to June 2022, including Vice President of Major Accounts for the Pacific Northwest, where responsibilities included developing human capital strategies and implementing BPO and technology solutions. Earlier experience includes managing an HR and benefits client services team and providing direct client support to enhance ADP product value. Dan began his career at Discount Tire Company, where supervision of technician operations and customer sales was emphasized.
