Dylan Hughes has diverse work experience in the consulting and legal industries. Dylan is currently employed as a Market Insights Program Manager at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they help clients with benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management solutions. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Mercer as an Associate, Compensation Consultant and later as a Senior Consulting Analyst, specializing in compensation data analysis. Before joining Mercer, they gained experience as a Paralegal at Satterfield Law Firm.

Dylan Hughes has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Western Kentucky University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, they also attended Code Louisville for brief periods, where they studied Python/SQL and Front-End Web Development.
