Elaine Huang, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elaine most recently worked at Sequoia Consulting Group as a Senior Data Operations Analyst and previously held the position of Data Operations Analyst at the same company. At Sequoia Consulting Group, they provided benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management solutions to people-driven employers. Prior to that, Elaine worked at the Public Health Institute as a Benefits Administrator and Benefits Assistant, and at The Global Health Fellows Program/The Public Health Institute as a Participant Support Specialist and Assistant in the Security & Participant Support department. Elaine also has experience as an HR/Administrative Assistant and Member Service Representative at Bay Cities Credit Union, as well as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative at Best Buy. Elaine began their career as a Teller at Washington Mutual Bank.

Elaine Huang, PHR, SHRM-CP attended California State University - East Bay from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an option in Social Services. Elaine also pursued double minors in Business Administration and Psychology. In July 2018, Elaine obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, as well as the SHRM-CP certification from The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
