Heather Pastore

Heather Pastore currently serves as Client Service Manager at Sequoia, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Health & Benefits Consultant and Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst at Mercer from November 2022 to October 2025. Pastore has also worked as a Behavior Technician at Teamwork Healthcare and as a Behavior Therapist at both MANHATTAN PSYCHOLOGY GROUP PC and The Titus School. Additional experience includes working as an ABA Developmental Therapist at Connec-to-Talk, LLC, and as a Mental Health Worker at Four Winds Hospital. Pastore's academic background features a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. Leadership roles include serving as Chapter President and Vice President of Administration for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity. Research contributions include the completion of an undergraduate thesis and participation in various research projects under the mentorship of Dr. Erika Lopina at Elon University.
