Himanshu Dosar

Himanshu Dosar has had extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Himanshu began their career as an intern at Citibank India in 2011. Himanshu then joined CareerNet Technologies in 2012 as a Lead Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and utilized various sourcing methods. In 2018, they moved to Paytm as an Assistant Manager, leading the hiring process for engineering roles and handling campus hiring for the South region. In 2020, they joined VMware as a Talent Advisor, focusing on hiring for leadership and niche roles, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Currently, Himanshu is working at Sequoia as a Senior Talent Partner, where they help companies navigate complex workforce issues and maximize their investment in people.

Himanshu Dosar completed their PGDM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from ICBM - School of Business Excellence from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Driving Organisational Accountability for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging" and "Employer Branding on LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in October 2022. Himanshu also obtained certifications in "Diversity Recruiting" and "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 6 Recruiting for Cloud" from LinkedIn in July 2022. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in "Interviewing Techniques" from LinkedIn.
