Katrina Guillen (she/her)

Katrina Guillen has held various roles in the field of HR and operations management. Katrina is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they provide benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management solutions for people-driven employers. Prior to this, Katrina was a Board Member and Director of Forum Engagement at StartupExperts, a community of experienced leaders focused on learning and innovating together. Katrina also served as a People Operations Manager at Jyve Corporation and as an HR Operations Manager (Contract) at Wikimedia Foundation. Additionally, Katrina has experience as a People Operations Manager at Marco Polo, Head of Operations at CoinAlpha, Inc., and Operations Manager at Nitro, Inc. Katrina has a strong background in managing teams and optimizing operational processes.

Katrina Guillen (she/her) completed their Bachelor's degree in Pre- and Early Literature/ Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Katrina attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Data Analytics, specifically in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, from General Assembly.
