Urriyah Brady has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Urriyah began their career at The Cheesecake Factory in 2005 as a Corporate Records Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing records and implementing policies to meet regulatory requirements. In 2006, they joined Unum as a Sr. Disability Benefits Specialist, processing Long Term Disability claims and providing exceptional customer service. Urriyah later transitioned to the role of Sales Coordinator, partnering with Sales Reps to manage broker relationships and generate proposals.

In 2016, Urriyah joined Sequoia Consulting Group, a brokerage firm specializing in benefits, HR, and risk management services. Urriyah initially served as a Client Operations Manager, helping hyper-growth companies manage their benefits and strategic HR needs. Urriyah then advanced to the role of Senior Client Operations Manager, where they became a Subject Matter Expert for Paylocity and PlanSource benefit administration systems. Additionally, they played a crucial role in onboarding new clients and managing system builds and integrations. In their most recent position as a Senior Client Systems Manager, they continued to oversee client systems and operations.

Urriyah Brady's education history includes attending UC Santa Barbara, where they studied Business Economics. Urriyah also attended Glendale Community College, where they focused on Fire Prevention and Safety Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as CPR & AED certification from the American Heart Association in December 2012, and a National EMS certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in March 2012.
