Shaun Kapusinski

Shaun Kapusinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations within the financial sector. Since February 2003, Shaun has served as Senior Director of Technology at Sequoia Financial Group, where responsibilities include managing technology systems and operations service teams to enhance client service. In addition, Shaun is the founder of HIFON (High Impact Financial Operations Network), a vendor-free study group for RIA Operations Professionals, established in September 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Associate at Cowan Financial Group, specializing in insurance sales for a leading Mass Mutual office in New York City. Shaun holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business from The University of Akron.
