William C. Rusnack

William C. Rusnack is the current Director at Sequoia Sciences. William has had a long and successful career in a variety of leadership roles.

William was previously the President and CEO of Premcor Inc. from January 1998 to December 2002. William was also the President of ARCO Products Company from January 1993 to December 1997. In addition, they served as a Board Member for Lyondell Petrochemical Co. from March 1988 to May 1993.

Rusnack has also been very involved with Flowserve Corporation, where they were the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board from July 1997 to May 2017. William was also an Independent Director for BWIP International from April 1993 to July 1997.

Most recently, Rusnack has been an Independent Director for Sempra Energy from December 2001 to May 2020, and Peabody Energy from December 2001 to April 2017.

William C. Rusnack earned their MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. William also holds a BS in Chemistry Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
