Crystal Leach

Crystal Leach is the current Associate Superintendent of Administrative Services for the SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT. Crystal has over 20 years of experience in business administration, purchasing, and contracts.

Crystal began their career in 1999 as an aerospace consultant for Avtel Services, Inc. In 2004 they transitioned to education administration as the Purchasing/Contracts manager for Antelope Valley College. Crystal held this position until 2011 when they became the Director of Business & Operations for Hughes-Elizabeth Lakes Union SD. In 2013 Crystal was promoted to Chief Business Officer for Cabrillo Unified School District, a position they held until 2019.

In their current role as Associate Superintendent, Crystal is responsible for overseeing the business and financial operations of the district. Crystal is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to business services, human resources, and information technology.

Crystal Leach's educational career began with their obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Crystal followed that up with a Master of Business Administration from Walden University. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Education from California Baptist University in the field of Organizational Change & Administration.
