Rick Alva

Rick Alva has extensive experience in the field of educational technology. Rick started their career as an Educational Technology Specialist at the Alameda County Office of Education in 2002, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Program Manager of Instructional Technology at the same organization. Following that, they joined the Campbell Union High School District as the Director of Instructional Technology and Student Information, a position they held from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director of Technology at the Cabrillo Unified School District, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at the Sequoia Union High School District.
