Susan Grant Schneider

Susan Grant Schneider, MPS, currently serves as the Chief Commercial and Growth Officer at Sequoia Consulting Group, leading the global commercial team and overseeing strategic execution for a prominent consulting organization specializing in life sciences. In addition to this role, Susan is the Founder and President of Impact Consulting LLC, which focuses on leadership development and employee engagement. Previous positions include SVP and Head of the Western Region for Parexel Biotech, where Susan managed clinical development strategies, and various business development leadership roles at TFS, DOCS, and inVentiv Clinical Solutions. Susan holds a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Communication, Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication & English from Colorado State University.
