Kate Roskam has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kate started their career as a Training and Employment Relations Advisor at TerryWhite Chemmart, where they provided HR advice to store owners. Kate then joined PRISM Brain Mapping Australasia as an Accredited Practitioner. Currently, Kate is employed at Seqwater, where they have held various roles including Principal Organisational Development Partner and Organisational Development Partner. In these roles, they have been responsible for designing and implementing leadership development initiatives, culture programs, and learning and development interventions. Kate also has experience as a Culture Advisor - Change at Seqwater.
