Previously, Kevin held multiple director-level positions within the Department of Resources and the Department of Energy and Water Supply in Queensland, focusing on asset management and non-commercial assets. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Engineer - Dam Safety for the Queensland Government. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Hydrology from QDEC, and a Graduate Certificate in Policy Analysis from Griffith University.
