Michelle Rahardja has had a varied work experience since 2013. Michelle began their career as a Shift Leader at Dunkin in 2013, followed by a role as a Scanner and Grader at Measured Progress in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of New Hampshire and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the UNH Glycomics Center. In 2017, they took on the role of QC Analyst at Lonza, where they led daily meetings, executed routine and complex QC assays, and reviewed QC assays and data for compliance.
