James Parsons

James Parsons has extensive experience in business development and policy administration, currently serving as the Director at SER Jobs for Progress National, Inc. since January 2018. Prior to this role, James worked as a grants consultant from June 2016 to December 2017, successfully securing funding from Fortune 500 companies and government sources. Previous leadership positions include CEO of Communities in Schools of the Heart of Texas and JOVEN, Inc., as well as various roles at SER Jobs for Progress National, Spanish Coalition for Jobs, and Central States SER. James holds a Master’s degree in Adult & Continuing Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Wayne State University, alongside an Associate degree from Henry Ford College.
