Misti Nelmes

Misti Nelmes is an experienced architectural project manager currently at SERA Architects, where responsibilities have been held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Misti held various positions at CLEAResult from June 2012 to July 2022, including Senior Program Manager for the Energy Trust of Oregon New Buildings, where strategic direction was provided to a team of over 40 and energy efficiency programs were implemented. Misti also served as Program Outreach Manager and Account Manager in the same organization, focusing on project management and energy efficiency strategies in commercial new construction. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Architect at Steele Associates Architects and as a Planning Assistant at Group Mackenzie. Misti holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a Business Minor from the University of Oregon, which was completed between 1998 and 2003, and a high school diploma from Eagle Point High School.
