Alexander Roth

Alexander Roth has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Senior Consultant at EL-Net Consulting AG. Alexander then moved on to work as a Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Alexander worked at ams OSRAM, initially as an Executive Recruiter and later in various roles related to HR and recruitment. In 2019, they joined Serafin Unternehmensgruppe GmbH as the Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Administration. Currently, they are working as a Coach & Consultant at rothconsulting.eu, starting in 2022.

Alexander Roth completed their education at various institutions. Alexander obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. Alexander then pursued coaching studies at Hephaistos Coaching Zentrum München, where they completed a Coach program from 2018 to 2020, followed by a specialization in Organization from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Alexander is enrolled in a Master Class Coaching program at Hephaistos Coaching Zentrum München, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
